TriPeaks Solitaire is a rewarding card game for everyone. The more you play, the more addictive it becomes, thanks to the satisfying feeling of continuously connecting cards.
The best part is that the game isn't overly stressful, yet it's challenging enough to make you think before each move. It's the kind of game you can enjoy for a few minutes in your free time, but it's also easy to get hooked on and play for hours.
In the game, the cards are arranged into three stacked peaks, unlike Pyramid Solitaire, which has only a single peak, creating a distinctive layout. Below are the draw pile and the current deck. Your goal is to clear all the cards on the table by selecting them in the correct order.
The rules are very simple: you can select a card if it is one rank higher or lower than the current card.
For example, if the current card is a 7, you can choose a 6 or an 8. Interestingly, the suit doesn't need to match, making the game much more accessible than other card games.
When you run out of moves, you can draw more cards from the reserve deck. However, the number of cards is limited, so you need to use them wisely. There were times I drew too early and got stuck, so I learned to observe carefully before making a decision.
Observe before choosing
Don't rush to pick the first card you see. Look at the entire table to find the best possible move.
Create a long streak
Trying to connect as many consecutive cards as possible will help you clear the table faster and give you a very satisfying feeling.
Save your draw deck
Don't use your reserve deck too early. Save it for moments when you really need it.
After playing it, I found TriPeaks Solitaire to be a perfect game for both relaxation and strategic thinking. It's not too difficult to start, but it's deep enough to make you want to play over and over again.
If you enjoy lighthearted card games with a strategic element, this is definitely a game you shouldn't miss.
